Quetta (Pakistan), 12 Mar (LaPresse) – The attack by a group of Pakistani separatists on a train carrying hundreds of passengers has ended. All the attackers were killed after a full day of clashes. This was reported by the Pakistani authorities, adding that some of the people taken hostage died. According to security officials, more than 300 hostages were rescued. Separatists of the Belucistan Liberation Army claimed responsibility for the attack yesterday on the vehicle, carrying about 450 people, as it passed through a tunnel in a remote area of the southwestern province of Belucistan.
