Washington (DC, USA), Mar 17 (LaPresse/AP) – Donald Trump's US administration has relocated hundreds of migrants to El Salvador, even as a federal judge issued an order temporarily banning the deportations based on an 18th-century declaration of war against Venezuelan gang members. Trump, speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One on Sunday night evaded a question about whether his administration violated a court order. ‘I don't know. You have to talk to lawyers about that,’ he said, later defending the deportations. ‘I can tell you this. They were bad people,’ he added. Asked about invoking presidential powers used in wartime, Trump said, ‘This is a time of war,’ describing the influx of ‘criminal migrants’ as ‘an invasion.’
