This is what Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky writes on social media after the massive drone attack launched by the Russian army on the city of Dnipro. ‘Diplomacy can work, but only if it is supported by actions that strengthen our warriors and deprive the occupiers of the resources to wage war,’ Zelensky adds, ’our partners know what can help, what kind of pressure, and it depends on America, Europe, everyone in the world who wants effective diplomacy.’
