Naypyidaw, April 3 (LaPresse) – The death toll from the violent earthquake that struck Myanmar nearly a week ago has risen to 3,085. This was reported by the military junta in power in the country. There are 4,715 injured and 341 missing. The epicenter of last Friday’s 7.7 magnitude earthquake was near Mandalay, the second-largest city in Myanmar.
