Washington (USA), 7 Apr. (LaPresse) – The global trade war triggered by Donald Trump is further intensifying. The US president has threatened to impose additional tariffs of 50% on China starting from 9 April, if Beijing does not withdraw the 34% tariffs launched yesterday, in response to the American ones. ‘Furthermore, all talks with China regarding their requested meetings with us will be terminated! Negotiations with other countries, which have also requested meetings, will begin immediately,’ Trump wrote on Truth.
