Milan, April 9 (LaPresse) – An employee of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs was detained by the French border service on April 6. Following this incident, the Russian Embassy in Paris sent a note of protest to France, and Moscow summoned the French ambassador. This was reported by Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova, quoted by Russian news agencies. "What happened on April 6 at Charles de Gaulle Airport cannot be explained. The French border service detained a Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs employee, a member of the official Russian delegation, without explanation, seizing her phone and computer," Zakharova stated.
