Milan, April 13 (LaPresse) – ‘The main objective is to exert strong pressure on Hamas to return to the hostage release agreement. As long as Hamas persists in its refusal, the activity of the army (IDF) will intensify’. Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz said this in a statement. ‘Hundreds of thousands of Palestinian residents have already been evacuated and dozens of portions of Gaza territory have become part of Israel's security zones,’ Katz added, referring to the buffer zone on the border between Israel and the Gaza Strip.
