Milan, April 24 (LaPresse) – At least 45 people were killed and more than 100 injured in Israeli attacks on Gaza yesterday, according to medical sources cited by Al Jazeera. The death toll continues to rise, writes the Qatari broadcaster, due to attacks that occurred during the night and before dawn in the enclave.
