Milan, April 26 (LaPresse) – The death toll from the explosion that occurred today at the port of Bandar Abbas, in southern Iran, has risen to 14 dead and 750 injured. This was reported by Iranian state television, quoting the Interior Minister. The explosion took place in the part of the port known as Shahid Rajaee. An investigation into the causes of the explosion is underway. Meanwhile, firefighting operations continue to extinguish the flames. The explosion destroyed a building and damaged cars, containers, and nearby houses.
