Milan, May 4 (LaPresse) – At least 45 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza since dawn on Saturday, Al Jazeera reports, citing medical sources. Among them are six Palestinians killed in Israeli bombing of Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, this morning. The Israeli army carried out two bombings on residential buildings in the city of Rafah.
