London, May 13 (LaPresse/AP) – British police have arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with a fire at the London home where Prime Minister Keir Starmer lived before being elected to lead the United Kingdom.
He is charged with arson with intent to endanger life.
No one was injured in the blaze, which broke out on Monday morning and damaged the front door of the house in North London.
Starmer no longer resides at that address. Since taking office in July, he has been living with his family at the official prime ministerial residence at Downing Street.
