Milan, 14 May (LaPresse) – The Israeli army (IDF) suspects that, in addition to Hamas leader Muhammad Sinwar, Rafah Brigade commander Muhammad Shabana and Hamas spokesman Abu Obaida were also present in the Hamas tunnel that the IDF reports it targeted under the European Hospital in Khan Younis, Gaza, which was hit yesterday. This is according to the Jerusalem Post, which points out that Israel had previously stated that it believed that anyone inside the complex was unlikely to have survived the attack.
