Milan, 23 May (LaPresse) – "On 23 May this year, in accordance with the Russian-Ukrainian agreements reached on 16 May this year in Istanbul, 270 Russian servicemen were repatriated from territory controlled by the Kiev regime, as well as 120 civilians, including civilians from the Kursk region captured by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In exchange, 270 Ukrainian prisoners of war and 120 civilians were transferred." This is what the Russian Ministry of Defence has announced regarding the exchange of prisoners with Ukraine. The news was reported by the Tass news agency.
