Kyiv (Ukraine), May 25 (LaPresse/AP) – The spokesperson for Ukraine’s Air Force, Yuriy Ihnat, reported that Russia attacked Ukraine with 367 drones and missiles, making it the largest single assault in over three years of war.
In total, Russia used 69 missiles of various types and 298 drones, including Iranian-made Shahed drones, Ihnat told the Associated Press.
He stressed it was "the largest airstrike in terms of the number of aerial weapons used on Ukrainian territory since the start of the full-scale invasion in 2022."
The missile and drone attack struck Kyiv and other regions, killing at least 12 people and injuring dozens more.
