CNN reports this, citing anonymous sources familiar with the discussions. The talks could lead to the creation of an international consortium of Middle Eastern countries and the United Nations atomic watchdog (IAEA) for uranium enrichment for the Islamic Republic, although reports indicate that no agreement has yet been reached.
