Milan, June 6 (LaPresse) – Snap elections have been scheduled in the Netherlands for October 29, following the resignation of Prime Minister Dick Schoof after the far-right party of Geert Wilders withdrew from the four-party governing coalition.
The announcement was made by Interior Minister Judith Uitermark in a post on X. "In the coming period, I will work with municipalities and other stakeholders to prepare for this important day for our democracy, so that it proceeds smoothly," she stated.
