This is reported exclusively by the Wall Street Journal (WSJ), citing an Israeli official who stated that Khamenei is "not off limits" in the raids. The statements, the newspaper emphasizes, provide further indication that Israeli attacks are not only aimed at Iran’s nuclear program but also at weakening the regime politically and militarily. According to the official cited by the WSJ, Israel does not exclude any potential target to destroy the nuclear program, including Khamenei.
