Milan, June 20 (LaPresse) – "The Russian Federation must not allow stagnation or recession under any circumstances," said Russian President Vladimir Putin during the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
"Unemployment in Russia remains at the record low level of 2.3%," the Kremlin leader added.
