Turin, June 23 (LaPresse) – The attacks launched by the U.S. against Iran during talks on its nuclear program were a "betrayal of diplomacy." This was stated by the spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Esmaeil Baqaei, as reported by Arab media. "We will not forget — neither we nor future generations — that the Iranians were in the middle of a diplomatic process with a country that is now at war with us," he said. "Two days before the negotiations began, they attacked us militarily. It is a betrayal of diplomacy and the principle of dialogue," he added.
