Washington, June 26 (LaPresse) – “I was shocked to learn that the State of Israel is continuing its absurd witch hunt against its Prime Minister from the time of the Great War.” So wrote U.S. President Donald Trump on Truth Social regarding the corruption charges against Netanyahu.
“Bibi and I have just been through Hell together, fighting a long-time, tough, and brilliant enemy of Israel – Iran – and Bibi couldn’t have been better, sharper, or stronger in his Love for the incredible Holy Land,” Trump said. “Anyone else would have faced losses, embarrassment, and chaos! Bibi Netanyahu was a warrior – perhaps unlike any other warrior in Israel’s history – and the result was something no one ever thought possible: the complete elimination of one of the world’s potentially largest and most powerful nuclear weapons, and it would have happened, soon! We were literally fighting for the survival of Israel. There is no one in Israel’s history who has fought harder or more competently than him.”
