Milan, 6 July (LaPresse) – At least 17 Palestinians, including children, were killed and several others wounded this morning when Israeli warplanes launched a series of air strikes on the war-torn Gaza Strip, according to medical sources and eyewitnesses. This was reported by the Palestinian news agency Wafa. The most significant attack took place in the Sheikh Radwan neighbourhood, north of Gaza City, where an Israeli air raid struck a house. According to Wafa, the house was home to displaced persons. Medical sources confirmed that at least 10 civilians were killed in the attack, others were injured and several people are still missing under the rubble.
