Turin, 26 July (LaPresse/AP) – Air strikes exchanged between Russia and Ukraine overnight have left four people dead – two in each country – and many wounded on both sides, according to official sources. Today, the Russian army claimed to have captured two villages in the eastern regions of Donetsk and Dnipro. The Ukrainian regions of Dnipro and Sumy were hit by rocket and drone attacks, causing casualties and damage. In Russia, Ukrainian drones targeted several regions, including Rostov, where two people were killed. The mayor of Moscow reported that drones were shot down in the area. The two countries continue to face off with air raids, with Ukrainian President Zelensky stressing the need for a strong response to Russian attacks.
