Gaza, Israel: UN Security Council meeting on hostages scheduled for tomorrow

Tel Aviv, August 4 (LaPresse) – The UN Security Council will hold an emergency session on Tuesday "regarding the terrible situation of the hostages in Gaza." The announcement was made in a post on X by Danny Danon, Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations. "It is time for the Security Council to unequivocally condemn the barbaric acts of Hamas, which continue day after day, hour after hour," he added.
