Rome, Aug. 7 (LaPresse) – Russian President Vladimir Putin said he is not opposed to a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, but argued that the right conditions must be in place for this to happen. “I have already said several times that I have nothing against it in general, it is possible. But for this, certain conditions must be created. And the creation of such conditions, unfortunately, is still a long way off,” Putin told reporters after a meeting at the Kremlin with the leader of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, according to Tass.
