Rome, Aug 11 (LaPresse) – Palazzo Chigi continues its humanitarian operations to support Gaza’s civilian population. According to government sources, 13 C-130 aircraft will depart tomorrow from Pisa to transport 34 children in need of medical care and 91 accompanying family members. The planes will return on August 13 to Milan Linate, Ciampino and Pisa airports, after boarding medical personnel at Israel’s Eilat Ramon airport. The operation is coordinated by the Presidency of the Council with the involvement of the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Ministry of the Interior and the Civil Protection Department.
