This was stated by Giorgia Meloni speaking to journalists in Washington, emphasising that ‘the unity of the West is also the tool we have to build peace and ensure justice.’ Today is ‘an important day, after three and a half years in which we have had a Russia that gave no sign of dialogue and demanded the capitulation of Kiev. Today, finally, glimmers of dialogue are opening up,’ Meloni added.
