(LaPresse) – The Russian raids launched overnight against Ukraine are ‘demonstrative attacks that only confirm the need to put pressure on Moscow and impose new sanctions and tariffs until diplomacy is fully effective’. This is what Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote in a post on social media. ‘I thank all our partners who are helping to stop this Russian war,’ he added. ‘Together with the United States, Europe and all those who seek peace, we are working every day to ensure security. We need solid security guarantees to ensure truly reliable and lasting peace.’
