Once again, the Kremlin mocks diplomacy, tramples on international law, and kills indiscriminately." This is what the President of the EU Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, wrote on X. "Europe supports and will continue to fully support Ukraine," she added. "We are strengthening the Ukrainian armed forces, creating lasting security guarantees, and tightening sanctions to increase pressure on Russia." "The killings," she concluded, "must end."
