Turin, 15 September (LaPresse) – ‘NATO is at war with Russia. This is obvious and requires no further proof. NATO is effectively involved in this war.’ This was stated by the Kremlin spokesman, quoted by Ria Novosti. ‘NATO provides both indirect and direct support to the Kiev regime. Therefore, we can say with absolute certainty that NATO is at war with Russia,’ Peskov told reporters. ‘A summit with Kiev, if held without preparation, would be completely useless. These meetings, any contact at the highest level, should be well prepared so that during such dialogue, developments that need to be worked out in advance at the expert level are recorded. But there is no willingness to do so, either on the part of the Kiev regime or on the part of the Europeans,’ Peskov concluded.
