Milan, 19 October. (LaPresse) – ‘I ask the Prime Minister to order the IDF to resume large-scale fighting in the Gaza Strip at full power.’ This was stated in a note by Israel's far-right Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gvir, addressing Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu after the exchange of fire between Hamas and the Israeli army in Rafah, in southern Gaza. ‘The false belief that Hamas will change its mind, or even respect the signed agreement, is proving, predictably, dangerous to our security,’ he added, as reported by the Times of Israel, ‘this Nazi terrorist organisation must be completely destroyed, and the sooner it is, the better.’
