Milan, 19 October (LaPresse) – The IDF says it is launching a large-scale, pre-planned, five-day military exercise along the border with Lebanon and in Israeli communities in the area. This was reported by The Times of Israel. The exercise, which will begin this evening and end on Thursday, will simulate “various scenarios, including defending the area and responding to immediate threats”, the IDF said. The army warns that explosions may be heard, that troops will be present to act as an opposing force, and that there will be increased movement of drones, aircraft, navy ships and troops in Galilee.
