Rome, 22 Oct. (LaPresse) – At least two people were killed in the raid carried out by Russian armed forces overnight in Kiev. This was announced by the head of the city's military administration, Timur Tkachenko, as reported by Ukrainian media. One person was killed in the Dnipro district, where a fire broke out on the eighth and ninth floors of a residential building as a result of a Russian attack. Tkachenko later reported a second death.
