Brussels, Oct 23 (LaPresse) – "We have just adopted our 19th sanctions package. It targets, among others, Russian banks, cryptocurrency exchanges, entities in India and China. The EU is restricting the movements of Russian diplomats to counter destabilization attempts. It is becoming increasingly difficult for Putin to finance this war."
