Rome, 25 October (LaPresse) – "I am convinced that Europe, as I noted on Thursday when speaking with all the heads of government and state, is not giving up on the political front: the approval of the 19th package of sanctions was a great success. The problem, if anything, is that when we take a decision on an issue that we have been working on for months and months and then fail to reach agreement on a particular point, this is portrayed as a total catastrophe." This was stated by the President of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola, in an interview with Corriere della Sera.
