Milan, 26 October (LaPresse) – ‘I have no doubt that Ukraine will survive as an independent state, but the main question is how many casualties we will see. President Zelensky told me that he hopes the war will not last ten years, but that Ukraine is ready to fight for another two to three years.’ This was stated by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk in an interview with The Sunday Times. ‘The Russians are in big trouble economically,’ he added, ‘does that mean we can say we are winning? Absolutely not. They have a big advantage over the West, and in particular over Europe: they are ready to fight.’
