West Bank: new attacks on settlers, cars and houses on fire

Milan, 31 October (LaPresse) – Palestinian media report new attacks by settlers in the West Bank. In the village of Deir Dibwan, east of Ramallah, two cars were set on fire. Masked settlers stormed the town, throwing stones at residents and storming a mosque. Other Israeli settlers attacked the village of Beit Lid, east of Tulkarem, throwing stones at passing vehicles and setting fire to a tractor and another vehicle. Israeli troops arrived on the scene but did not arrest any of the settlers, instead clashing with Palestinians who were trying to protect their village from attack.
