London (United Kingdom), 2 Nov. (LaPresse/AP) – British police say 10 people were taken to hospital after a stabbing on a train bound for Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, in the United Kingdom. In a statement released a few hours after the attack, the British Transport Police also said that the incident had been declared a “major incident” and that counter-terrorism police were supporting the investigation. ‘Ten people have been taken to hospital and nine of them are believed to have suffered serious injuries,’ it said. ‘This has been declared a serious incident and Counter Terrorism Police are supporting our investigation as we work to establish the full circumstances and motives behind this incident.’
