United Kingdom: one of two arrested for stabbing on train released

Milan, 2 Nov. (LaPresse) – The British Transport Police reported that the 35-year-old man arrested for the stabbings that occurred yesterday on a London-bound train has been released. “A 35-year-old man from London arrested at the scene has been released without charge,” police said. “He was reported in good faith to officers at the scene as a person involved in the attack, but following investigations we can confirm he was not involved.” However, the 32-year-old arrested with him remains in custody and is now considered "the only suspect" for the attacks. The BBC reports it.
