Kyiv, Nov. 8 (LaPresse) – A massive Russian attack on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure has caused power outages in several regions of the country. "Russia continues its energy terrorism; the Ukrainian energy system is currently undergoing another massive combined attack by missiles and drones," writes Svitlana Grynchuk, Ukraine’s Minister of Energy, on X. "In most regions of Ukraine," she adds, "power outages have occurred. Restoration work will begin as soon as the security situation allows."
