Washington (USA), Nov. 21 (LaPresse) – US President Donald Trump "congratulated" New York's newly elected mayor, Zohran Mamdani, on his election victory during their meeting at the White House. "The better he does, the happier I'll be," said the US president speaking in the Oval Office after the summit. "I will help him realize the dreams" for New York, he added. "I congratulated him and we talked about some very common topics, like housing and building new homes, food and prices," Trump said. "And the price of oil is dropping significantly, and anything I do will be positive for New York," concluded the president at the end of the meeting with Zohran Mamdani.
