Rome, 26 November (LaPresse) – ‘There has not yet been a serious discussion between Russia and the United States on a plan for Ukraine, but contacts are ongoing,’ said Russian presidential adviser on foreign policy Yuri Ushakov. ‘The peace plan was not discussed in Abu Dhabi,’ he added. ‘We saw it, it was sent to us, but there were no discussions.’ ‘Some aspects’ of the peace plan for Ukraine presented by the United States ‘can be viewed positively,’ while others ‘require truly meticulous analysis and discussion among specialised experts.’
