Rome, Dec. 9 (LaPresse) – “As we work to strengthen the truce and consolidate peace in the Middle East, we continue the Government’s commitment to supporting the civilian population in Gaza. Yesterday we carried out the 17th evacuation from the Strip.”
This is what Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani wrote on X. “Last night we received another 17 sick children, along with 63 accompanying family members, who are now being treated in our hospitals. It is a humanitarian network of which we are deeply proud, making Italy one of the leading countries in terms of the number of Palestinian residents,” the Foreign Minister added.
