Brussels, 13 December (LaPresse) – ‘All necessary services are now working to restore electricity and water supplies to our communities affected by the Russian night-time attack. The main blow was again dealt to our energy sector, in the south and in the Odessa region.’ Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote this on Telegram. "Two people were injured in the Odessa region. More than a dozen civilian structures were damaged across the country. Thousands of families are now without electricity after last night's attacks in the regions of Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Odessa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson and Chernihiv. The regions of Dnipro and Cherkasy were also hit. In total, the enemy used more than 450 attack drones and 30 missiles of various types. We are doing everything possible to restore and improve the situation," added the Kyiv leader.
