New York (United States), 17 December (LaPresse) – The Warner Bros. board of directors is asking shareholders to reject Paramount's hostile bid as ‘inferior’ to that of Netflix. ‘The terms of Netflix's offer are superior. Paramount's offer provides inadequate value and involves significant risks and costs to Warner,’ the Warner board said.
