Brussels, 18 December (LaPresse) – "Speaking of sensitive issues that we discussed with the United States of America, yes, Donbass is the issue that has not been resolved. We have different opinions. The nuclear power plant occupied by the Russians is not working. It has been destroyed, but it must work. It must produce energy. It is our power plant. It is our right. That issue has not been resolved." This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at a press conference on the sidelines of the European Council meeting currently underway in Brussels.
