Rome, 30 December. (LaPresse) – The crew members of an oil tanker pursued by the US Coast Guard claim that the vessel is Russian. This is according to the New York Times, citing information obtained from two US officials. The tanker, intercepted a week ago, was headed to Venezuela to refuel and was reportedly targeted as part of President Trump's campaign to pressure the government of President Nicolás Maduro.
