Milan, 3 January (LaPresse) – The Swiss Public Prosecutor's Office has opened a criminal investigation into the managers of the “Le Constellation” bar in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, where a fire broke out on New Year's Eve, killing at least 40 people. A statement from the prosecutor's office specifies that the initial findings of the investigation into the fire have led to the opening of a criminal investigation against the two managers, who “are accused of manslaughter, negligent personal injury and negligent arson”.
