Milan, 4 January (LaPresse) – ‘The 40 people who died in the New Year's Eve fire have been identified.’ This was announced by the Swiss cantonal police in a statement regarding the tragedy in Crans-Montana, after ‘identification operations conducted by the Valais cantonal police, the Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) service and the Institute of Forensic Medicine identified another 16 victims of the fire at the “Le Constellation” bar on 1 January 2026.’
