Milan, 8 January (LaPresse) – Jessica and Jacques Moretti, in addition to owning Le Constellation bar in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, are also owners of several villas and restaurants. However, the Inside Paradeplatz portal reveals that their real estate portfolio was built up rapidly and that all of the couple's properties were purchased with their own funds, without ever resorting to loans. The restaurateur couple entered the exclusive Crans-Montana property market in 2020 with the bar “Le Constel”. After renting it for five years, they bought it and renamed it “Le Constellation”. Also in 2020, their assets grew with the addition of a 298-square-metre property. This plot comprises 80 square metres of living space, 112 square metres of garden and 106 square metres of outbuildings. According to the land registry extract consulted by Inside Paradeplatz, the taxable value of this property was 820,000 Swiss francs (approximately 880,000 euros). They subsequently purchased a restaurant specialising in hamburgers, “Le Senso”, in the centre of Crans-Montana. In 2023, they added the “Le Vieux Chalet” inn in Lens to their portfolio. In 2024, the Morettis acquired another detached house in the village of Lens, with a surface area of 501 square metres. The estimated value was 410,000 Swiss francs and the purchase was finalised on 8 October 2024. According to Inside Paradeplatz, the couple did not take out any loans for these acquisitions. This meteoric rise, however, comes after Jacques Moretti was convicted in France in 2008 and served four months in prison for aggravated exploitation of prostitution, with another eight months suspended.
