Minneapolis (Minnesota, USA), Jan. 9 (LaPresse) – The agent of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) who shot and killed 37-year-old Renee Good in Minneapolis as she was trying to drive away has been identified. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem did not publicly identify the agent who shot Good. However, she spoke of an incident last June in which the same agent had been injured after being dragged by a fleeing vehicle driven by another motorist. A spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security confirmed that Noem was referring to an incident that occurred in Bloomington, Minnesota. Court documents related to that case identify the agent as Jonathan Ross. According to court records, Ross had his arm trapped in the window of a vehicle while the driver was attempting to evade arrest in Bloomington, Minnesota. The agent was dragged for about (91 meters) and the injuries to his arm required 50 stitches.
